To create a ShopMyExchange account, you must be an active duty, reserve, or retired service member, or an authorized dependent. The process takes less than 10 minutes if you have the required documents. This method does NOT apply to civilians or contractors without CAC or DEERS enrollment.

The ShopMyExchange portal supports AAFES and Navy Exchange customers, but all accounts are managed centrally. Ensure your information matches your DEERS record to avoid delays.
